Style Icon: VIVIANA VOLPICELLA

Who is Viviana Volpicella you may ask? If you’re an avid follower of major street style blogs like The Sartorialist and Jak & Jil then you would know she is one of the fashion industries major style icons. Then again working alongside Anna Dello Russo as the Assistant Fashion Editor of Vogue Nippon, we can understand why her style is just… in one word, amazing. Volpicella's signature style is COLOUR and lots of it. The queen of colour blocking and the muse to my own wardrobe, she is the only woman that can pull off the colour yellow like a boss.  Her two signature elements of style are her rainbow-brite colour choices and her contagious smile. MBFWA: BAM Brands Showroom - Trends of next season

Written by Iyan Difuntorum As Fashion Week was coming to a close, we decided to visit our good friends at BAM Brands in their Sydney office. Founded and run by fellow Melburnian Justin Watson, his lovely team were kind enough to run us through some of next seasons collections from the various brands in their great little showroom. The lovely Anik and Louis began the little run through of some fantastic pieces that would definitely be flying out the doors as soon as they hit stores in the next coming months. One fantastic label for the gents is UK based label Boxfresh. Now my dress sense may be far from masculine, but with clean lines, cool prints and great cut basic tee's, Boxfresh translates well with Australian men's fash...
